I have purchased one system from Combo Computer (Gurgeet singh) in luxmi nagar it is now in guratee period. computer is not running from last 1 month i talk with him. He told me computer hard disk badly damaged and He (Gurgeet) submitted to Service Center Western Digital, INDIA on 10-04-09. but till now i have not received my hard disk from the Company. Company always saying me due to certain issues the same model of the HDD is currently not available with us and the same is expected very soon. I am receiving same reply from last 1 month. I have mail and suggested to company if you have not available 160 hard disk in stock please give me another 2 hard disk of 80 gb.

I had purchased one WMA hard disk (160 GB) but Now it is not working. Now it is gurantee period when I have submitted for replacement in Service Centre on 10/04. I called yesterday in service center he is saying me we have no stock available for WMA 160 Gb Hard from last 3 weeks. it is possible will you give me 2 hard disk of 80 GB because i am suffering problem from last 3 weeks. Call Centre guys not telling me actual time he is always saying wait for 1 week.
Please give me reply with this solution and let me know what i will do next step. i am very tired talking with Service Center.
