Koovs.com is an ecommerce platform that sells products online, I have recently purchased a Transcend 4 GB MicroSD Card Class 4 from Koovs.com.
The transaction successfully completed to deduct the charges but the orderID was not generated, there was no confirmation page displayed on Koovs.com website.
The payment gateway however successfully completed the transaction but there is no update of order in My Index page or My personalized page on Koovs.
I contacted Koovs.com regarding the same via email, who promptly replied by saying they will get by EOD with coupon, but there is none so far after 12 days of waiting.
I tried submitting ticket to online Koovs Support, the website is broken as it does not accept any more customer support tickets.
The customer care contact numbers is always busy or unreachable, you will never get to speak with customer care people at any part of the day.
Koovs.com is basically a RIP OFF site that is designed to rip customers off their money and block all access to their business.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM KOOVS.com
