i have bought dell studio-1458, service tag no. is-BR8Y4BS on dated 18th january from lapcomp shop which is in the e-mall, 1st floor, shop no-107B, 6, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata-72, ph no.-2212 4165.
they told me that the system which i have bought having complete coverage warranty (accidental warranty) up to 1 year from the date of purchasing.
but my system have not a complete coverage warranty and warranty up to 18th january.but the system warranty is going to expire on this 13th may.
dell company itself has conformed that i was supposed to get complete cover warranty for 1 year starting from the date of purchase..
i have talked to the owner of the shop several times for fixing my problem, but they are trying to avoid me.
