Respected sir,
Sir my name is amit ramchandani, and I bought the laptop from your wadia college showroom. U have promised me to give free service of the software for 1 yr. I had got a problem as it was getting restarted automatically so I have given it in your service center. They told me that there is a problem with windows 7 and it needs to be formatted. So I have transferred all my data to D & E drive and submitted for format. But your personnel has formatted my entire laptop & I have lost my entire data. And when I asked them the reason they told me that I have converted my basic partition to dynamic partition which is totally wrong.
When I am trying to contact u your operators and sales persons are disconnecting my call. I don’t know whether u have instructed them to do so or they are doing it of their own. But this is really bad. I am not going to harm you on phone but this kind of attitude is irritating me. I don’t have time to meet u personally but one thing I want to assure u this kind of running away from customers problems is bad for ur business
