On my stock two new LG DVD writers are complaint/manufacturing defect. I handed over to service centre (Redington). But three times they returned the same with the same complaint. Ejection is not working properly and not responding the DVD/CDs. We have already supplied thousands of LG Writers. If the service is like this, what we will do?
