This is to inform people regarding the incompetent service of this company. I gave them my laptop which had windows 7 loaded with the issue being usb ports not functioning. I gave them the laptop on 9th sep. they called on 13th saying, we are working on it, give us 2 days more. They called on 15th saying that your operating system is corrupt we'll have to load windows xp. i asked them the cost they asked if i have the windows xp CD, i said i didnt. They said they will load a pirated version since original is not in the market and repair, all included cost will be 1200 rs. Then on 19th, since i hadnt heard from them i called them, they said they cant load a pirated version, they would need to load an original because their boss said so, as if it was my idea to load a pirated version. When i asked if they can provide an original cd, it would be easier, they quoted a price of 8000 rs. I was surprised since windows 7 is only 7000 rs in the market. I finally told them to send the laptop back to me, since they were advertising free pickup drop etc. To that also they said that no one is free right now, come yourself.
I went to get my laptop. When I switched it on at the shop, it wasnt booting. They didnt even have the courtesy to restore it to the way it was when i gave it to them. After making some noise, they finally restored it. 10 days it was with them, all they did was sit on their asses and did nothing.
I found their staff to be extremely incompetent, very poor communication skills. I also felt they were trying to fleece me into spending lots of money to buy a new OS which is pathetic.
My aim to write on this forum is to make people aware of their total disregard for their customers and their incompetent service. It didnt seem to bother them at all that a customer is returning empty handed after keeping their laptop for so many days.
