Told themselves as authorised service centre but actually are not.took 5500 rs n faked servicing as the laptop was still not working

They told they are authorised laptop service centre and faked me as they are actually not.they told there is problem with mother board and charged 2500 but still it was not working.and then they said hard disk is not working and charged me 3000rs but still it didnt work.i took it to authorised dell laptop service centre and they repaired it mentioning there was problem in hard disk.and also no display and recomended no change in mother board.where as laptop zone said mother board needs to be changed.kindly take action as im been faked by them as they were not authorised service centre for dell laptop.
