Not paying salary

Hello Sir,

I joined this company on 2nd March'2010. After joining withing 2-3 days I came to know that the company has financial crunch and not paying salary to its employee for 2-3 months. So I talked to the HR manager - Tony Almeida and he replied that this will be solved in 2-3 weeks and next time you will get your salary ontime i.e. 5th April.

Finally, I came to know that my salary was not credited on 5th and then talked to manager, he said it will be paid in 2-3 weeks. so I proposed him to pay me random amount as I spent almost Rs. 22, 000/- from my pocket for accomodation and food as company was not providing initial accomodation. but was refused.

Then finally I resigned from the company on April 08 with the following reason:

1. Company is not paying salary or paying after three/four months

2. Company has NO projects for consultant

3. Company doesn’t have organized processes (I have not been gone through any formal induction program)

I am sending email to the manager with NO response. Please do the needful to get my one month salary.
