When i way buying my laptop i was told that i will get windows 7 home premium but when i purchased the unit and open the box at my home i found it is windows 7 home basic... and i am quite unhappy because the store guy gave me wrong information and i was asked to contact tech support for further assistance ...'
, now i also called in tech support many time and one guy told me that he is going to send a technician at my home to get the o/s replaced... but when i called in 2nd and the 3rd time they keep on transferring me to different deptt. and every other person is giving different opinion and answer to my question, i want to know when the o/s of computer will be replaced... i also got a mail staying that contact consumer deptt. when i called then the lady from there told that it is to the correct deptt. to deal with this issue... i m really tired and unhappy with this kind of support, and this put a very wrong impersonation for the technical support or the the other people those work with the true heart because of some guys other technician also get bed impersonation, i m really upset and i have in home or on site support a tech should come to replace that ASAP... or else i will never buy leneovo or IBM product in my life
if possible i write the same to co-corporate office staying this thing
