I had placed an online order for a Wespro Tablet on 8th of Dec. with Lets buy and paid via credit card. the product was supposed to be delivered with in 4-7 days, I started following up on the order when i did not hear from lets buy after 7 days and i was told by different people different stories. Once i was told that product is out of stock and they are arranging, then some one called and said they have the product and it is being dispatched. 2 days later i was told that the information was wrong and my product will be dispatched in 1-2 days . after calling up after 12 days i was told that they are sorry that they cannot give Wespro but they can offer another product which is similar and is of a higher value but they will give it at the same price to me. I was supposed to confirm my acceptance to them upon which they will immediately dispatch this brand to me. So as i had no option, having already paid for the product I did confirm my acceptance on mail 3 days ago. Up till today, there has been no mail/phone or SMS or any return from them and my product also has not been dispatched as per their website where i can log in and view the progress on my product. In fact i am writing to them everyday and they have not even bothered to reply to the emails. It is one of the most shameful behavior from a company which is being touted as the best in online electronics buying. The owner who is supposedly accepting awards for his business acumen should learn the first lesson of business- THERE IS NO BUSINESS WITHOUT SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
