Last month i brought LG 22" monitor
powersupply blow up in one month of my purchase.
I logged a complaint 11 days back
my complaint number = C1091204074
still no response an engg came and said power supply needs to be replaced and said it will take one week, i am waiting past 10 days but no response
i have been repeatedly calling up service center, even visited their services center 2 times, They only say we will inform you once we recive the part.
1. Is LG such a small company that they do not have parts to replace.
2. Or LG only belives in selling their products and rest is customers fate
i am very unhappy and disappointed by the service given by LG.
Hope the mail that i am sending to you is being address or else i have to take the action (logging the complaint to consumer court)
i will waiting for next 48 hours for a response and after that i will aprroach the consumer court for the same.
