Not Attending Complain

Complain Docket No: RNA-110627090410 DT: 26.06.2011. No one is attending the complain physically at customer's house. Only they are talking over phone and taking the feed-back of the nature of complain, that's all.

Either you rectify the problem on immediate basis or return back my money as soon as possiable.
