I had sent all the necessary documents for caliming free DTH along with LG Monitor TV to M/s SMPL. I had received an call stating that " your form no : 01132904561 for the free gift SUN DTH (6 Months) in the scheme of Monitor TV LG on 20/10. But the free gift not yet received till date. So kindly send me the present status of my application and do needful to send the same at the earliest.
