Humilating employees and an unethical company
I was literally threatened by the General manager sridhar N on my employment. No company will have 3 months notice period for Software engineer and that is the reason the kind of attrition %age is happening there in 3i-Infotech and it is huge. But the moment when they decided to fire you no process or policy is followed and you will be out of 3i-Infotech on the same day without any benefits. Its such a stupid company where so called vp hr (JML) gives u all kind of false promises. he is not a true HR person can address employees issues for sure
Please dont join here. It maybe a trap of your lifetime. I reall pity the freshers who have joined here with 2 years lock in period. I feel very sad to be a part of this company. Guys/Girls avoid joining 3i-Infotech at anycost. One quick question is the total staff is around 5000 plus? because when you visit their site it is different from their ad in job portals. Worst place to work. Very unprofessional in their approach. Not a place to learn the nuances of processes, technology and overall handling of clients. If you are serious about your career then this is not the place to be in. 3i-Infotech Rocks This company dont care about the benefits & carrier life of the employess all they know is to Hire people for a particular job and once its over they fire them without a second tought, this company is full of politics & ching chaks where people who dont have self esteem can put ching chaks to thier boss and stick to this company. Pls dont get carried away by the buttery words of the so called unehical HR who ruins ur life by anything. Cheap material is the moto. The top magmt is one bunch of fools sitting there without any ethical values and firing is the main job there. Otherwise they don't have job. just window watching. They fire employess from the training level till the Managerlevel... Guys u remember google earth project which had close to 120 freshers working on that ater 3 months the project got over and all the 120 employess were frired, worst is the HR dept where in the past 2 yrs close to 1500 employees have been fired and yes now the company strength is not 5000 but 2000 in total across the globe, believe me guys. And that JML is womaniser and the all his sub-ordinates are females. even one of the HR have been harrased such that they have tagged him with a name 'jingle bell'
and there are many unfit persons as managers and senior managers really hindering the growth of some deserving individuals who do all the hard work and they get the name for that. those ppl dont even know how to conduct a team meeting. they never know what a MOM is? if u ask them they will ask MOM means mother? Never join this company. Hope to get releived as soon as possible. and will also pray for my peers who are suffering to get releieved. They are forcing the 3 month notice period eventhough they dont have projects. They are trying to reduce the attrition but they have to raise the standards to Industry PAR. Not by making the employees suffer. WoRST EVER MANAGEMENT.
