I had purchased Logitech Wireless Mouse M305 in Sep 2010 for Rs.1395/-, it came with 3yrs warranty. It was working fine till May after that it started giving problem. It was not working with my laptop or any other machine. So I lodged a complaint to Ingram Micro India as indicated on the product box, that was in May. But its now 5 months, I haven't got any positive reply from them. They asked to me to contact the place from where i purchased the product (Croma electric applicance shop by TATA), but the person over there said that they can not help me, I need to contact the Ingram Micro India for the same.
