i have purchasedmoserbear wireless mouse from spidcom services amravati, in computer exhibition.but the wireless mouse is not working properly for this i go to the shop of spidcom computer, but they says go to autorished service center that is jaishree computer, amravati.at that i go there then he says that i send to the company it takes 2months then i agree, but after two months, from jayshree computer a call that co. send new wireless mouse to u please get it then i go there to get the mouse but this mouse was not new and nor of my new mouse, as the colour of mouse is black and the usb is silver and more scratches on it, it was totaly second peace that is usable so kindly take an action of it, and i give the aplication to jayshree computer for this but they are not recived the aplication.
