Luminious solo 600 UPS
Not working from the very first day

I have purchased an UPS which is not working (not giving battery backup) from the very first day and when i took back the product to the shop, he then advised me to call customer care no. which is not responding till now. What should i do with the fuck Warrenty or guarentee.

Please suggest me something...
