I ordered a 16GB spy pen camera @1490/- from AAA TELE SHOPPING after reading its advertisement in raashtriya Sahara on 30th jan. yesterday I received my pen camera. when I used it I noticed it shows only a memory of 21MB (shocked?) I too was shocked after watching it also the package didn't include User CD, adapter charger and other useful hardwares as promised at the time of deal.
When I call the company regarding this problem they ask me about this and transfer calls to each other and every time they say they will contact me after 10-15 mins but they don't. I have called them at least for 20-25 times from yesterday to now but the result is same.
Kindly help me.
