Dear Sir
My son is studying in PMR Institute of Technoloy in the EEE second year. I have paid all his fees for one year in advance for the current year, After I paid only got the bank loan DD in the college name, after discuss in the college management i send the DD to the college for refund. After one month I got the refund from them and they have deducted Rs. 7000/ and the balance amount they paid me in the checq. I have asked them for what they have deduceted Rupees Seven Thousand hence i have paid all the fee for the next one year. There is no proper reply form the account departmet, addministration, principal also i sent the letter to their correspondent. Since my son currently studying there i am unable to do what to do further to get my money? Kindly advise me what to do in this mater. I have attached the letter which i have wrote to them.

I would like to inform you that, my son M.Syed Mohamed is studying in your college in EEE (2nd year). I have paid his second year fees Rs.64, 250/- thru the DD No.178830 on 12.06.2009. (Your receipt Number 2553. Dt.12.06.2009).
We have applied for the Education loan for him it was granted and got on 03.07.2009. They have issued the DD on PMR Institute of Technology’s name. Since we have paid his fees already so I would request you please arrange to clear the same in your college’s account and re payment me the same.
I am enclosing the original DD along this letter DD Number 612589 dated 03.07.2009 for the amount of RS. 64, 250/. Kindle arrange to refund me the same. My name and bank details as follows.
