We had make a deal with maruti traders through their employees sameer kute and abey kadamkar. we had deposited 92000 as advance for material in their account . they both assured us that material will reach in 20 days but more than 2 yrs had passed they neither send the material nor refund our money. payment was made through cheque. they had changed their cell no.s as well as not picking their office phone no.s.they are not replying our emails. plz help us what to do
