" I have been using this company's hosting (www.ewebguru.com) services since 2007 and in early days of getting business this Man "Ashok" used to call and send repeated emails for buying hosting from them.
Since then, its a trend, every year their servers crash, worst to it, they don't even keep a safe data of hosted sites. Problems do happen in every business, but these people are actual shameless creatures who swallow customer money without even thinking what problem the customer is facing. Their helpdesk is totally non professionals, not even ready to listen anything on phone, they will keep insisting you write or submit tickets and replies depend upon their wish. The owner thinks he's prince Charles and never attends to any phone call, gives pathetic excuses every time you make a call on his cell number. If not convinced, just buy their services and see how much troubles you invite for yourself.
The reason behind all their third grade services is just they compromise with quality, have the most retarded servers who get crashed every year, and their concern and motive is just to sell you garbage in the name of web hosting and mint money, leaving you in doldrums and desperations created and crafted by themselves. They even hijack your clients offering them cheap services once you host web sites on their servers, they make personal calls and try to invade your business. One word of caution - beware and avoid these thugs! "
They dont't care for customers once the payment is delivered to their accounts. I have hundreds of emails as "records" with me where they don't reply to your problems.. Hosting on webguru servers is like putting your hands in snake hole.. you'll get bitten with no remedy or rescue!
