I am highly disatsifeid with its service

I had recently bought micromax bsnl usb modem mmx 310g. I spent 2, 300Rs on it, and i am very sad to say that my money is wasted.i get a maximum speed of only 10kbps, and it usually gets diconnected after ever 10 minutes.i am unable to see videos and download softwares
