MICROMAX 3G MODEM SERVICE PROBLEM

I have purchased micromax modem no. MMX 310G on 7/07 after some months modem became dead, I contacted local service center at K.MOBILE SERVICES (FFD-12, Somdutt Plaza, Kanpur) they refused to accept the modem because they were having a lot of pending complaints after complaining at company service support no. they accepted the modem on "5/4 job order no. 226". It has been two months since then. When i contacted service center several times they replied that have not yet received the modem from the company. I have already complained to micromax company complaint no.mmx 1304115062.Company service support keep on saying that they will return call within 24hrs but i have not yet received any call. It is pertinent to mention here that I have contacted 10 to 12 times your customer care but no satisfactory replay is yet received.

Kindly resolve my problem, and replace my modem as soon as possible.
