Sir, i purshased micromax handset model GC360 on 4-03 from Aligarh.
That mobile started causing problem like no battery backup, call connectivity was not there after 10-12 days. But at that time i was busy in my studies so i went to micromax service centre on 20-4.They checked the mobile and assured me to make it correct and to be collected after 2 days. I went after 2 days. Then they told me that our engineer was not there so we could make it and again assured me to be corrected in next 4 days. I went there for 4 times. This assurance is continued till today. When i went today again the same reply that engineer was not there. I am a doctor, doing my post graduation studies from national institute of ayurveda. Every time i spend money on going there by taking autorikshaw and most important thing is that i wasted my time of studies because service centre is quiet far from my college and still not get my mobile phone repaired. So i took my mobile phone back.
