NEW MOBILE PURCHASES & SUBMITTED IN SERVICE CENTRE BUT NOT RECEIVED

1) I Purchases Micro Max X550 MOBILE on 18.01.2011 by 8.30 pm from TOP 10 Mehta Store Dadar (West).

2) In Mobile three is a problem of Screen Touch pad Problem form 19.01.2011 from Morning.

3) I Go to dealer for Replace my mobile but Dealer told me to go to service centre and obtan DOA Letter for Replace Mobile.

4) In Sion Micro Max Service Centre Mr. Vikas Not give DOA Letter for Replace of Mobile

5) In 26.01.2011 Mr Vikas Submitted My New Mobile for Reparing touchpad Problem with give me Job Sheet.

The Jobsheet No. is 1085645. and He told the Peace collect from Saturday.

6) In Saturday 29.01.2011 I talk to Mr. Vikas in Phone, he Told to me My New Mobile is not repair and Call Monday.

7) In Tuesday 01.02. I talk to Mr Vikas in Phone. He told Me the My Ne Mobile peace is not Repair and Called on Saturday 05.02.2011.

Please do the needful at repair in My New Mobile which is Purchased from 18.01.2011.
