Complaint Description:
I had given my mobile handset for repair during warranty period at the above mentioned address on 16-6. I have not received it back to date. Upon calling they give uncertain answers. Also note that in the “Customer Job card” numbered “ 1708876″ provided by them, terms and condition number 9 states that “In the event the delivery is not taken by customer from MICROMAX within 45 days from the date of written intimation by MICROMAX, MICROMAX reserves the right to auction the Product to recover the repair and auction charges from the customer.” I wrote a notice letter for porper repair on 29th April but till date I have not received my mobile back after repair or replace. Please do the needful.

This has reference to your job order no – 1708576 dated 16th April regarding Java Application error and internet browser problem during http://www.moneycontrol.com and other web sites on above mobile, Please note that I had visited your service centre three to four times to collect my above mobile But you have not attended the problem which was accepted by you on 16th April 29.
As per your guideline I contact Mr. Punyapalshri Mehta (Micromax Service engineer) on his Mobile No – 92272 09663 regarding above problem but he is also not taking responsibilities to solve above problem as this mobile has manufactured defect. Hence I request you to forward my above complain to Customer Service department, Delhi Head office, and return back my above mobile after proper repair within 7 days.
