Microsoft India
Non fulfilment of commitment

I bought a hp desktop p.c. from m/s bharat computers on 20/04 with a genunine microsoft windows 7 home basic operating system.the invoice no is BC/CASH/11-2/04.in the month of may i saw an ad in the home page of indiatimes.com that a competition for the genunine microsoft windows 7 users are going on.the name of the competetion was" microsoft beat the heat".the participants were asked to write a slogan on windows 7.initially it was valid for the buyers who bought the operating system between 10th May to 10th June.thats why i did not participate but after few days it was open for those who had bought it before 10th may also.so this time i participated in the contest.on 21 st june i got a call from the no 09811323563 and i was informed that i am one of the winner of the contest and asked me to send a copy of my passport along with my pan card and the invoice.at that time i was out of station so i asked them to send me a mail.after coming back home i received the mail and sent them all the documents .after a few days i was asked to get ready for a free trip to thailand.again i got a call from the no 08447505470 and asked me to give the phone no of the dealer from where i bought the p.c. and i gave them the no.after a week i got a call from my dealer and he told me that he is also selected for a trip with me as per the t&c of the company.i was all excited.on 25th july i received an e mail from the company where they wrote that my prize can not be processed because i bought the p.c. on 20th april.what to do now? iwant to sue the company.
