I have purchased a Cell Phone Spy Trial, online from plimus.com.on 16/8 n made a payment of Rs.94.25 form Credit card trial basis. On same day i received a email in my name saying that, thank u for purchase of (1) cell phone spy trial, and licensing information will be sent to u within 48 hours My Ref no-61048182, date- 16/8, .as per i waited.up to 18/8 i did not get any licensing information.
On 18/8, i received another email stating ' Receipt of your payment. Ref;61107284.for annual charges of Rs.3417.67. I would like to state that, till today i did not receive any kind of information about how to use the product on trial basis for which i have paid Rs.94, 25.
I have not ordered any kind of annual product from u. I don't know how u can get payment from my side.
Kindly refund me my 3417.67 INR.
