Microsoft Wireless Desktop 800
USB Receiver not working

I purchased a microsoft wireless desktop 800 comprising of a mouse, keyboard and a usb receiver but unfortunately the receiver is not working within 4 months.

So i want a new USB receiver.

I tried talking to customer care but all in vain so please look into the matter.
