Not working asking for registration

My self M.r Virendra Sharma I purchased a mobile phone from Home Shop 18 the phone was asking for registration

I complained to Home Shop about this problem they given me response and told me to send it to their service center but when the phone came back from the service center the problem was not solved again I complained them this time I was very strict to them and they again told me to send the phone to service center in the mean while I had communicated to the executive of service center and I been told by them that they had solved my complaint but actually when i got the mobile the experience was the same IT WAS NOT WORKING showing the silly thing again and again "NOT REGISTERED" and now I am fed up complaining and talking to them because now i realize there is no use...
