Server problem

Dear sir,

I have taken unlimited plan for using internet through your esteemed Company and usually there was no problem but unfortunately for the last two weeks I could not open internet connection property. First of all it do not open, if luckily it opens then suddenly the link is disconnected. I have already lodged a compliant by complaint No. 198 but unfortunately my said problem is not solved. I hereby request you to make my link proper so that I could use the internet services property. Hope you will see this matter immediately and oblige.
