Speed problem

Hi i'm shaikh aatif, i'musing MTNL 395 triband plan, my telephone no:28561009

since past few days mtnl triband plan 395 which offers the speed of 320 kilo bytes per sec, normally the 395 plan had a speed of 250 kbps, but since past few days the bandwidth of my 395 plan get reduced two low bandwidth which is around to 40 kbps,

i registered the complain but there are not responding on that, so i want connection to get back to actual speed
