Bad Service

I have given my external hard disk dated 29th June to accel Frontline.

CALL ID - TSCAND100002027DW

it is under warranty but still they are not given me the status for repair or replace. contact there head office @ chennai they said they are alrady send the my product at andheri office.

andheri office said we have not yet received your product from ho (Chennai)

want a launch the complaint agaist this type of bad service.
