It is with utmost despair and confusion that i am writing this to you. The product and the after sales service that i receive from segate is the worst ever experienced by me on any of the products i use. I had registered my complaint with segate a month ago, the online warrnty registration asked me to sent the product to your India service partner in Chennai, (Accel frontline sevices), when I contacted them they directed me to their local service center here in calicut, kerala. I handed over the product to them and they registered it, but even after a month there was no feedback on the product. When i phoned them up today they are telling me that the product is not under warranty and cannot be replaced. I dont understand what logic that is. I would also add that the after sale service offered by this partner of yours in India is pathetic and way below par when compared to other products in market.
