I had purchased MTS MBlaze on 12-08, upto 10 days they had given me service of it and after that it was disconnected and after complaint i got that it was due to document i.e it was displaced by the MTS franchisee who work for both vodafone and mts and after querying about it i found that it was fault of mts franchisee that he had submitted my documents to the vodafone company. After that i had re submitted my documents (photo graphs, pan card and driving license's photo copy). But still they are not satisfying me, today also when i call in customer care of MTS they reply the same thing that they haven't received any document yet. Therefore i want you to focus on this problem of mine.
MTS MBlaze Data Card Details: price was 1000INR, Date of purchase-12 08 2011 and 5 GB of data usage was worth with it.
