My name is Kavita. I happened to purchase my Acer laptop (ASPIRE 4738Z) on June. Few months back, well within 6 month, the charge of the battery was not lasting for more than 45 minutes and I immediately called up the Acer customer care center and asked them for replacement.
The Acer customer care people responded by saying for 30 minutes battery backup, it will not be replaced and since I might be using some software (Window 7 Started) in my laptop, that is the reason why I am not getting optimum backup (2 hours) from my battery
and informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong, but unfortunately there was a problem showing with my battery (Consider Replacing your battery).
My First complaint number 020612-213.I visit acer service center also they told me same thing.
Request you to replace my battery.
