My Acer product

Case ID : 1035803N

Serial No: LUS050B24391324E162547

Model: AOA150-BB AOXPHSTGB1 MC UMACB 2*512/160/

Unfortunately has not been delivered to me. The only delivery attempt was on 10/03 of which there was nobody in the house to sign or collect the item. the driver or whoever [called SAM] came left a note that says and i quote "SORRY WE MISSED YOU". That was 10/03 at 3pm. Since then nobody has come to deliver anything to me personally or any member of my family. I called dhl last friday {12/03] and they promised to deliver again on 16/03. Now tell me if the item has been delivered, how on earth will it be delivered again on 16/03?

Please i am not interested in all this story. The driver who delivered i hope has not died, nor gone abroad. ALL AM ASKING FOR IS MY LAPTOP FROM ACER. NO REPLACEMENT AS I HAVE SOME USEFULL DATA OF WHICH THE LOST OF IT WILL BE SERRIOUS.
