No replacement

My laptop wasn't functioning and hence I had taken it to the service center. My laptop was in warranty period. I have the job card of the same dated 22/05. The concerned person said they will have to replace the motherboards. It's been months they are not responding back and are not replacing the part. Everytime we ask them, they say the part will arrive in 2-3days.
