I have been using acer extansa 4620, for last two years. it has got 3 years warrenty. Now I an facing a dangerous problem with my laptop. That is I have found a serious Crack on back side (both right and left ends) of my lid. When I approach customer service center, they told that, it cant repaire or replace. Some of my friends are also facing the same dangerous and adventitious problem.
