Sir i have purchased a laptop in february month this year of acer company. and in this month i got problem in its lcd, so when i contact service center they told me that u will get ur laptop within 2 days and i had submitted it on 16 december, but till today i do not got my laptop back and also i am not getting any satisfactory answer from company that when i will get my laptop back, today when i called them they told me that its mother board got damaged and when i asked them when it will get replaced they said they have no idea. and also when i asked them how it get damaged also they have no answer . i am very much got disgusted by their unsatisfactory answers and need ur help please help me in getting my laptop as soon as possible, as i am an engineering student and need a lot, my all work has stopped since last 15 days and also i don't know when i will get it back so please help me. my case id no. is 121609-87 which i have loged in acer call center. and i have deposited my laptop in ahmedabad service center (bix computers)
