Respected Sir, 14th-oct.

I am engg. student I had purchased an ACER LCD MONITOR on 3 months ago. on 23rd sep 2010. I had display problem in it. I had registerd my complaint on ACER service toll free no. 1800-11-4100 on 23rd. sep. 2010 with complaint id:- 100912607. and get the promise that before 4 th oct. 2010 I will get the new LCD sreen. but now upto today I am waiting for the replacement. Everyday I am calling their toll free no. but no positive responce i am getting instead of another promise for delievery of monitor. Sir I am pursuing my engg. so have lot's of work on computer & without monitor their is no meaning of compurer & I have to pay lot's of penny to cyber cafe for competing my project work and assignment.

Sir It is my kindly request to you please go through my problem quickly as possible & save my RIGHTS as a CONSUMER.
