Pending customs inspection

Dear Sir / Madam,

I recently purchased an Video card from ebay (NEW RETAIL BOX MSI RADEON HD 4890 1GB OC 880MHz/4000MHz) with the price of 199 USD, this was shipped from Hong kong on 21-Apr and reached bangalore customs office ion 27-Apr till now (10-May) this is sill in customs inspection.

I am not getting any response from Customs office (i sent an email to there prime officials).

If an inspection taking more than 14 days.

Kindly do the help full to know the procedure to complain my problem facing in customs inspections.
