Hi,

I had booked a Sony Vaio Laptop on 21st April. They asked to pay 25% of the price at that time. They had promised to deliver it within 7 days. Now, it is 10th May, neither they have delivered nor have given a call regarding delay.

The worst part is they dont pick up the phone for enquiry. The name of their executive involved with this delivery is Amol. He was the person, who made all false promises.

I would request you to take some strong action against them.
