Broad band not working since two months

My broad band service to tel ph no 033 24905839 is down since last two months. I reported to my local calcutta telephone office 033 24908000 repeatedly but noone visited so far.

I can not afford to pay monthly rental charges monrh after month wherein I am not getting broad band service from you since last two months. Please send your rep urgently to resume the service.
