Return Tata photon data card

Dear Forum Team,

I (Ashwani Varshney), purchasing a New Tata photon Data Card (MEID -A000002DDD3802, Photon No.-9212569199) of Rs.1700/- with activation kit from N.S.communication, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051

on dated-05/08 and receipt no.-263. Tata photon no.is already deactivated (blocked) by Tata customer care executives on dated 18/08 with Request id-276563001.

I want to return this data card to same Distributor because where it will be using, no conncectivity and no Network coverage area.

so It is useless to me. kindly help me out to refund the same because the distributor no pick up the call and no responseby him.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
