Numeric online 1 kva ups
Not working for 4 months

I have bought on line 1 kva ups from numeric which is found defective after 19 days and now 4 months is over, they have give me a alternative and the same found also defective

they have not give me the replacement yet

so I am very much angry with Kolkata division of Numeric

please do something
