Poor customer service & cheating

Hi,

I have purchased one Olive nexus router on 29th Jan @Rs.3200.00 from the Olive Guwahati distributor - Star Distributor. But the sad part is that I am not able to use the said device from the date of purchase till date as the device doesn't support my BSNL EVDO data card. I called up their call center on 29th Jan & they have guided me through the process to setup the same but the same was not proper & thus they promised to solve me my problem within 72 HRS. But I never got a call from their side & nor they gave me any complain reference no. for future reference. On 4th of Feb I again called up their call center & they again guided me through the same process which was not successful & one of their executive Mr. Devendra promised me to solve my problem by next day morning but I didn't received any call from their side & again call up their toll free no. & then one of their executive Mrs. Zaara told me that Devendra was not in the office that time & she will make it sure that my problem will be solved within the coming 72 hrs then I told her about my earlier complain of 29th & she didn't give any reply on that & after my repeated request she finally told me that they will come with a solution & call me back at around 5 PM that day. I again called up their call center at 5:30 PM on 6th Feb (as they didn't call back me) then the same executive Zaara told me that at present Olive Nexus firmware doesn't support BSNL device & withing coming 10 to 15 days they will upload new firmware on their web site. When I asked her about how could I know that new firmware is updated in web site then she told me that I have to cross check the OLIVE web site. I waited for today & found that there is a firmware which uploaded in the OLIVE site but I though that the same is not the one they told me thus I called up their call center again today (12th Feb) & one of their executive give me a reply that why you are calling for the firmware on 8th day as you were told to check the same after 10th to 15 days by Zaara. I told him that how could or under what head I shall get the new firmware in their web site then he told me that he doesn't have any idea about that. He told me that why don't you use TATA PHOTON which will work with the OLIVE NEXUS. I told him that I shall use only the USB data card I have with me & as per their product, it should support all USB data card devices. Now I want my money back as OLIVE has just started to ignore my complain as they are taking too much time without any reason. Pls help me & pls provide me a suggestion as I shall be happy if they provide me the solution ASAP & I think there are lots of customers which are cheated by these kind of fraud promise by OLIVE.
