I purchased onsite extended warranty for my laptop from Aforeserve .com ltd vide invoice no-ACLNDSRV20091652 dated 31-Jan- 2011 payment made by cheque hdfc on dated 7-1-09 bearing no. 165478 of Rs. 6500/- other relevant details are as follows:

It is my humble request please do the needful for equility and justice
