The company esoftsolutions, in Noida, Om Complex, sector-15, makes webpages and enables us to send our html pages through bulk emails to clients.
Esoftsolutions had taken payment (for which till date they haven't given any bill or receipt) and delayed our work by 1 month, after our repeated calls they created few pages which the clients told us they could not download.
Then we called them up and asked them to cancel our deal and refund our money. THey have now refused to give back our money.
