My keyboard's some centre keys stopped working suddenly, but sometimes suddenly it again starts working and then stopped working forever... i went with the complaint to the mumbai dell's service centre, there i found some guys with same problem, then when they talked with me they straight says that your warranty is expired u purchase new warranty and get the new keyboard... i asked them to see first and let me know whats the problem, coz then if same mistake happens from me it will stop again, but no use the man was just insisting on purchasing the warranty which costs 17, 000/-... really telling u am very angry on such sort of services atleast HP's service centre repairs the lappy with taking suitable money... anyways...
